Potain Igo T 139

The Potain Igo T 139 is Potain’s largest self‑erecting crane, offering an 8‑ton capacity and a design focused on efficiency, adaptability, and long‑term sustainability. Its compact footprint and short rear slewing radius make it well suited for confined urban jobsites, reducing ground preparation and site disruption. Smart hydraulic unfolding and radio‑controlled assistance enable faster setup while transport flexibility with double‑axle and semi‑trailer configurations helps minimize logistics‑related carbon output. In operation, optimized load curves and intelligent hoisting and trolleying systems automatically adjust to the load, ensuring energy is used only when needed. Durable components, premium ropes, and automated lubrication extend service life and reduce maintenance waste, supported by Manitowoc’s emphasis on repairability and recyclability. Together, these features make the Igo T 139 a high‑performance crane that supports more sustainable construction without sacrificing productivity.

National NTV45 &
Manitowoc’s Lift Solution Program

The tracked NBT45‑2, named the NTV45-2, engineered through a collaborative effort between Manitowoc’s Lift Solutions team and a tracked chassis manufacturer, showcases how custom design can drive both innovation and sustainability. By integrating a National Crane 45‑ton boom truck with the low‑ground‑pressure tracked carrier, Lift Solutions created a machine that delivers full lifting capability in remote and environmentally sensitive areas while minimizing soil disturbance, reducing the need for access roads, and lowering overall jobsite impact. This custom torsion‑box integration and utility‑focused configuration demonstrate Lift Solutions’ ability to deliver purpose‑built, high‑performance solutions that expand where and how lifting equipment can operate - helping utility customers work more efficiently, safely, and responsibly.

Grove’s
All-Terrain GMK5150XLe

Manitowoc marked a major milestone in sustainable lifting technology at bauma 2025 with the debut of its first serial-production plug-in hybrid crane, the Grove GMK5150XLe. This groundbreaking model earned the prestigious Innovation of the Year award from JDL d’Or.

The GMK5150XLe, a 150 t rated all-terrain taxi crane, combines a fully electrified superstructure with Grove’s proven five-axle carrier design, delivering cleaner, quieter, and more efficient performance without compromising lifting capacity.

The GMK5150XLe provides approximately five hours of lifting on battery alone for emissions-free lifting. Charging options include AC/DC power supplies or a 170 kW generator integrated into the carrier, enabling charging while driving and reducing reliance on external infrastructure.

The Company advanced its aftermarket business through its CRANES+50 strategy, offering solutions to help crane owners maintain and extend equipment life. Key products include: GMK Wire Rope Cleaner, lubrication kits, GMK Spray Lance Kits, Accumulator Charging Kit, DIN Hydraulic Kit, Wireless Hydraulic Pressure Test Kit.

Manitowoc added service locations in France, Spain, Poland and Australia.

Additionally, Manitowoc-owned dealer, MGX Equipment Services, LLC, expanded its service footprint by opening a new branch in Nashville, Tennessee, and acquiring territories in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. To further enhance customer support, MGX upgraded two of its existing locations in Phoenix, Arizona, and Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Manitowoc’s EnCORE program offers crane owners a cost-effective solution to extend the life of aging equipment through expert repair, rebuild, or remanufacturing services. By leveraging Manitowoc’s extensive network of certified EnCORE partners, customers benefit from reduced downtime, lower lifetime operating costs, and enhanced return on investment.

In 2025, approximately 230 cranes were serviced under EnCORE guidelines, with work ranging from lacings, cables, hoses, and harness replacements to premium rebuilds across multiple product lines, including Manitowoc crawler cranes, National Boom Trucks, Grove Rough Terrain, and Grove All-Terrain cranes.

MGX Equipment Services, a Manitowoc-owned dealer, led the way by completing more than 100 EnCORE projects, underscoring Manitowoc’s commitment to provide world class aftermarket service support. Through the Lessons Learned program, MGX employees and the EnCORE team have driven continuous improvements in EnCORE operations throughout the rebuilding process. A significant milestone for the team was the successful rebuild of a Grove All-Terrain Crane, a GMK5275, marking a first for the EnCORE Program.
