Safety Workshops for
Field Service Teams
In September, our French Tower Service teams organized a comprehensive full-day workshop across four different branch locations. The event was rich in valuable content, primarily focusing on discussing a wide range of safety measures, collaboratively identifying ways to improve operations, and enhancing overall safety policies and processes to manage hazards.
The sessions included interactive workshops, expert-led discussions, and hands-on activities that engaged all participants. This collaborative approach allowed our field service technicians to share their experiences, challenges, and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement where safety is at the top of priorities.
The ultimate success of the workshop was largely attributed to the discussions and knowledge-sharing among individuals actively involved in day-to-day operations. Due to extremely positive reception and great feedback, we plan to roll out similar workshops across all our service centers in 2025 at the request of other branch managers.
Moving forward, we also plan to incorporate additional topics and advanced training modules to further enhance the effectiveness of these sessions. By expanding the scope and reach of our safety training programs, we aim to ensure that all employees are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to maintain a safe workplace at all times.
