To achieve success, our leaders at all levels of the organization actively seek feedback to strengthen our culture. Our approach is ongoing and continues to mature as we continue to survey the entire global employee population.
The first step began in 2022 when we launched a comprehensive employee engagement survey across our global operations. The goal was to survey 1/3 of our organization each year so that we could act on and drive real change. The initiative began in Europe, then expanded into the US in 2023, and was completed worldwide by 2024. The survey achieved a 64% participation rate, with over 3,000 respondents providing valuable insights including over 10,000 comments. The results inform local and global leaders on key areas of concern and led to the formation of cross functional working groups which provide employees with an ongoing voice and role in the development of the employee experience.
In 2025, we are continuing the surveys and restarting the trip around the globe to further improve participation and engagement.
Our efforts include creating communication strategies, implementing local improvements, and rolling out initiatives like Onboarding Journeys, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Paid Parental Leave, Senior Leader Coffee Talks, local appreciation events, and more. We continue to seek proactive ways to engage our workforce and respond to their needs effectively.
